           SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

A workout approach where a small group of individuals (usually 2-4 people) train together:

1. Each participant gets individualized feedback and adjustments, ensuring they perform exercises

    correctly and safely.
2. Workouts are often tailored to the specific goals and fitness levels of each participant.
3. Training with others can boost motivation and accountability, as you share the experience with

    friends or like-minded individuals.
4. Semi-private sessions offer more flexibility in scheduling.

It's a great option if you're looking for the benefits of personal training but with a social

aspect and at a lower cost.
